Dr. Debra Geiger-Schorr appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment for Ron Todd, former commissioner of insurance and administrator of the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund (Fund) and KaMMCO, a/k/a Kansas Medical Mutual Insurance Company, and the court’s denial of her motion for partial summary judgment.
