Order insofar as appealed from affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. All concur. (Appeal from part of an order of Monroe Special Term denying plaintiff’s motion for a separate trial of the issues raised by the counterclaim contained in the answer and for partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiff upon the first and second causes of action.)
