BRATTON, Circuit Judge.

These appeals bring here for review integrated parts of litigation arising out of a traffic accident occurring on a highway in Kansas, and the primary issue on which the appeals turn is which of two insurance carriers shall ultimately bear the loss arising out of the accident. For convenience, reference will be made to William L.
