Everton Baker appeals his convictions for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor possession of cannabis, and driving without a valid license. He raises two issues on appeal. First, he argues that the trial court erred by refusing to instruct the jury on a permissible lesser included offense of fleeing or attempting to elude a law en*758forcement officer.
