Annie B. Davis brought an action to recover land ■against Mark Hall. There was a verdict for plaintiff; and the ■defendant’s motion for a new trial being overruled, he excepted.

In two grounds of the motion for a new trial complaint is made that certain documentary evidence, therein referred to ■as attached to the brief of evidence as exhibits D and E, was .admitted over specified objections of the movant, 'urged at the 'trial.
