While I agree with the result reached by my colleagues, I wish to express my views more fully.

The parties to this action were married in Philadelphia on June 25, 1949. In September of the same year, they came to Batavia, New York where they resided continuously until September 1975. At that time they moved to their Florida cooperative apartment, apparently in hopes that the climate would be conducive to defendant’s recuperation from a series of heart attacks.
