ORDER DENYING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION’S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

This Proceeding is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Complaint for Hardship Discharge and accompanying Memorandum of Law filed by the Florida Department of Education (“FDE”) on May 23, 2001.
