KEY, Associate Justice.

This is an action of trespass to try title, involving , 1476 acres of land. After hearing all the testimony the court instructed a verdict for the defendants, and the plaintiffs have appealed. The plaintiffs introduced testimony which, prima facie, established title in them as the heirs of Joseph Rutch, to whom the land was granted.. The defendants introduced documentary evidence relied on by them as showing that the land was sold by the administrator of Joseph Rutch, under which title the defendants claim.
