Appellee Riley, brought suit against C. R. .Gamer & Co., and others not necessary to mention, in the county court of Sherman county. That court sustained appellant’s plea of personal privilege to be sued in the county of their residence, and the venue was changed to the county court off Potter county. The actiop is upon a breach of a written contract. It is alleged on August 8, 1917, Gamer & CO. sold, to Riley 20 tons of cotton seed cake for the agreed price of $55.45 per ton f. o. b. cars mill, with full amount of freight allowed to Texhoma, Tex.; that about the 22d day of October…
