Pottstown School District appeals from the order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the tax-exempt status of the Hill School, an all-male private school providing college *314preparatory courses. Specifically at issue is whether the Hill School’s exclusion of women from its student body precludes it from claiming an exemption as a purely public charity.
