This is an appeal from a dismissal by the trial court of a petition for writ of error coram nobis.

The petitioner alleged, inter alia, that petitioner, the present appellant, was convicted in said trial court on November 21, 1975, of the crime of selling a controlled substance listed in the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act of 1971, and on the same day he was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of ten years and one day.
