— Appellant filed a claim against decedent’s *667estate, which was passed to the issue docket for trial. The claim is in two paragraphs, to each of which a demurrer was sustained, and appellant refusing and failing to plead over, judgment was rendered against him for costs. Sustaining the demurrer to each of said paragraphs is assigned as error.
