—Appellee sued appellant upon a policy of insurance upon the life of her husband, deceased. The complaint was in two paragraphs. The first alleged full compliance with all the conditions of the policy, and the second alleged compliance with the conditions except as'to furnishing proofs of death, which, it was averred, were waived. A copy of the policy is made a part of each paragraph.
