Appellant Amoco Oil Company operates a self-serve gasoline station at Baltimore Pike and Pennell Road in the Township of Middletown as a nonconforming use. It seeks a modification of a condition imposed by the Zoning Hearing Board of the Township of Middletown on its self-serve facility in 1978 when the board granted a special exception to continue its nonconforming use.
