In this accounting proceeding numerous and complicated questions have been raised by the objections filed to the account, which involve the allowance of the claim asserted by the widow, the application of equitable principles to the issues, and the method of treatment of certain assets in the ancillary and domiciliary jurisdictions respectively in California and in New York.
