Glacier General Assurance Company (Glacier) appealed the Workers’ Compensation Court’s finding that Jeri Paul-son (claimant) was permanently totally disabled as a result of an industrial accident. By motion of the appellant, that appeal has been dismissed. Remaining for decision is claimant’s cross-appeal of the court’s denial of the 20% penalty. We remand for findings.
