The second account of Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, Edith Bonnett Marvin, and Robert Wardrop, testamentary trustees for Martha Marvin Judd, was confirmed nisi by this court on September 16, 1935. Exceptions thereto were filed on September 24, 1935, by the accountants, both in their capacities as trustees and as individuals.
