MEMORANDUM

WALDMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff has filed a “Motion for Reconsideration and to Alter Judgment or Allow an Amended Complaint” following entry of the court’s order of April 24, 1989, dismissing her complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Although not so styled, the court will treat plaintiff’s motion as one for reconsideration or, in the alternative, to amend or alter judgment pursuant to Fed.
