Mrs. Helen Wingate Allen, widow of D. G. Allen, acting individually for herself, as widow, and also as natural tutrix of her children, Helen Caroline and Thomas Carroll Wingate Allen, both minors and issue of her marriage with D. G. Allen, deceased, claims of Louisiana highway commission and Union Indemnity Company, in solido, the sum of $6,000, payable in weekly installments at the rate of $20 per week, less $240 received.
