THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon a Motion for Continuing Post-Judgment Writ of Garnishment filed by Plaintiff, MDFC Equipment Leasing Corp., and a Motion for Dissolution of Writ of Garnishment filed by Defendant, Lawrie B.
