WELLS, Judge.

St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company appeals the Final Summary Judgment entered in favor of Beatriz A. Llorente P.A. and Beatriz A. Llorente. The issue presented was whether an alleged negligent disbursement of funds by Lló-rente from her trust account was excluded from coverage under her Professional Liability Policy, which excluded “claims: ... [ajrising out of the inability or failure to pay, collect, administer or safeguard funds held or to be held for others.” The trial court found the exclusion inapplicable, we disagree.
