Anna Zwingmann, a resident of St. Louis, Missouri, departed this life April 20, 1912, leaving a last will and testament, appointing therein Frank J. Lutz, of said city of St. Louis, her executor. Her only heirs-at-law were two brothers, John W. Brauel, of Madison county, Illinois, and Paul Brauel, of St. Louis. She died seized of real and personal property in St. Clair county, Illinois, valued at about $33,000. April 23, 1912, her will was admitted to probate by the probate court of St. Louis, Missouri. On May 3 her brother John W. Brauel filed a petition in the probate court of St. Clair…
