This was a bill filed by appellee June i, 1914, in the circuit court of Kendall county, for the partition of four tracts of land in that county. After the pleadings were settled a decree of partition was entered and commissioners were appointed, who reported it impossible to partition the land, and a decree was entered ordering the master to sell. Accordingly sale was made and decree entered confirming the same. From that decree this appeal was prosecuted.
