This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Transfer of Venue, filed November 21, 2012. (Doc. 60). Plaintiff has responded in opposition, and the Motion is now ready for disposition. For the reasons stated below, the Motion to Transfer is granted.
Plaintiff has also filed a Motion for Status Conference and Hearing on the Pending Motions. (Doc. 64). The Court has reviewed the parties’ briefs on' all the pending motions, and has determined that a hearing would not assist in clarifying any of the issues they raise. The Court has…
