In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Matthew David Events, Ltd., appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Marx, J.), dated April 2, 2013, as denied that branch of its motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action alleging a violation of Labor Law § 241 (6) insofar as asserted against it, and granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Bloomberg, L.E, and Bloomberg, Inc., which was for summary judgment on their cross claim asserted against it for contractual indemnification.
