Judy Boyd (claimant) appeals from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission holding that the application of her employer, People, Inc., and its insurer, North American Specialty Insurance Company (hereinafter collectively employer), to terminate benefits being paid pursuant to an outstanding award was properly filed.
