Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 5, 1980, affirming an Administrative Law Judge’s decision which overruled the initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner finding claimant eligible to receive benefits and held him to be ineligible because he lost his employment through misconduct. Claimant was a bus driver employed by Baumann & Sons Buses, Inc., from June, 1979 until March 3, 1980.
