¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Warren County Circuit Court found Kimberly Ann Whitehead guilty of possession of pseu-doephedrine and ammonium nitrate with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, and possession of .1 gram or more, but less than two' grams, of methamphetamine.
