ALMA WILSON, Justice:

William C. Page resigned from the Bar Association on December 9, 1987, pending disciplinary proceedings after this Court had previously imposed an interim suspension subsequent to criminal conviction. 1 He had been convicted in federal court by a jury of “engaging in racketeering activities affecting interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), and of obstructing, delaying, and affecting interstate commerce by means of extortion under color of official right as an assistant district attorney and as a special district judge, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951.”…
