HAMITER, Justice.

In two counts of a bill of information filed on July 10, 1941, the District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans charges defendant with having embezzled during the year 1936, certain funds entrusted to his care and keeping while employed by the Department of Conservation of the State of Louisiana.
