| )This is a consolidated case involving an expropriation proceeding by the State of *4Louisiana, Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), against Knoll & Dufour Lands, LLC (Knoll & Dufour) and Glenn F. Dauzart and his wife Barbara Ponthieux Dauzart (Dauzarts). DOTD planned to re-route Highway 105 near Simmesport, Louisiana, in order to eliminate a dangerous curve in the highway.
