Memorandum Opinion
GORDON, Senior District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the appeal of National Westminster Bank, USA (“the Bank”) of the Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina allowing the retention of the firm of Ross & Hardies as special counsel for William L. Yaeger, the Trustee in bankruptcy for the debtor, RPC Corporation (“RPC”). The appeal arises from the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of RPC, which commenced with an involuntary petition filed on July 24, 1986. An Order for Relief was entered in that proceeding on August 14, 1986.…
