The testatrix died in this city on the 6th day of July, 1883. She left a last will and testament whereby she bequeathed and devised her entire estate to one George H. Lewis, as trustee, with direction to sell the same, and after payment of her just debts to invest the proceeds of sale and to hold such investment upon certain trusts in such will specified. That instrument was admitted to probate on the 22d of October, 1885.
