JOHN DONOVAN, Justice.

In five issues, appellant challenges his conviction of driving while intoxicated. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

During the late evening of March 4, 2012, Gabriel Hernandez, a police officer with the Nassau Bay Police Department, was off-duty and driving his personal vehicle in Webster, a city adjacent to Nassau Bay.
