ORDER OVERRULING CREDITOR’S OBJECTION TO PARAGRAPH 9 OF DEBTORS’ PLAN OF REORGANIZATION

This matter is before the Court on National City Bank’s (“NCB”) objection and supplemental objection to the confirmation of Debtors’ chapter 13 plan. A hearing on the confirmation of the Debtors’ plan was held on September 14, 1995.
