MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court upon Motion of The New York Times Company, publisher of The New York Times (“The Times”) for leave to intervene in the above captioned matter pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(b) for the limited purpose of clarifying and/or modifying the current Confidentiality Order and Stipulation dated June 25, 2002.
