I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The plaintiff, Jacqueline Ellington (“Ellington”), filed this lawsuit on behalf of her child, C.K.S., challenging a final judgment by Defendant Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security, in which he determined that C.K.S. is not “disabled” and, therefore, not entitled to child supplemental security income benefits.
