Thomas N. Stark and Alexander N. Stark, Jr., filed their bill praying that the City of Norfolk be enjoined from collecting $9,300, accumulated unpaid taxes assessed for the years 1931 to 1940, inclusive, on seven lots of land, against the “George H. Newton estate,” and that the assessments be removed as clouds upon the title of complainants. From *284a decree denying the injunction and dismissing the bill, this appeal was allowed.
