The defendant, Becker Altayeb, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to the court, of attempt to commit murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-54a (a), and assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-59 (a) (1), and the judgment revoking his probation after the court found that he had violated his probation in violation of General Statutes § 53a-32.
