Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Quash Insufficient Service of Process [Docket 4]. Plaintiff filed the instant complaint in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on November 14, 2008, alleging breach of contract and violations of the West Virginia Con sumer Credit and Protection Act.
