OPINION

CHAPEL, Judge:

Karrie Sue Mason was seventeen years old when she was charged as an adult in Stephens County District Court, Case No. CRF-91-55, with First Degree Manslaughter (21 O.S.1991, § 711.1). The trial judge denied her motion for certification as a child and bound her over for trial. See 10 O.S.Supp.1989, § 1104.2(C). This Court affirmed the trial court’s ruling, and Mason .was tried as an adult for the offense of first degree manslaughter.
