OPINION BY

PANELLA, J:

¶ 1 Appellant, Stephen M. Godfrey, appeals from the order entered on April 7, 2005, by the Honorable J. Michael Williamson, Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, finding him in civil contempt for failure to appear at a contempt hearing and failure to pay child support and imposing a bond requirement. After careful review, we affirm that portion of the contempt finding and resultant sentence pursuant to 23 Pa.Cons.Stat.Ann. § 4344 with reference to Godfrey’s failure to attend a properly scheduled and noticed contempt hearing.
