This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Ponce rendered in an action for damages.

The complaint was filed on March 6, 1911, and answered on April 15 of the same year: A day having been set for the trial, both parties appeared and after the evidence of the plaintiff had been heard the defendant moved for a nonsuit on the ground that the evidence introduced was insufficient to sustain the allegations of the complaint.
