HENLEY, Circuit Judge.

These consolidated appeals are from orders of various district court judges granting motions for summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. In all of these appeals, appellants are urging (1) that the former Sections 474.060 and 474.070 of the Missouri Statutes unconstitutionally discriminate on the basis of legitimacy and sex under Trimble v. Gordon, 430 U.S. 762, 97 S.Ct. 1459, 52 L.Ed.2d 31 (1977), and (2) that Trimble should be applied retrospectively, so that the claims for child insurance benefits which are the bases for these appeals…
