An attorney delivered to a political candidate a contribution on behalf of a client without disclosing the client’s name, in violation of OCGA § 21-5-30 (e), which prohibits anonymous campaign contributions. When the superior court ordered the attorney to testify before the State Ethics Commission and to reveal the identity of the client who made the contribution, he appeared before the Commission but refused to reveal the name of the client, invoking his statutory and constitutional privileges against self-incrimination.
