Appellee instituted this action in the Marion Superior Court to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when she was thrown from one of appellant’s cars in the city of -Indianapolis by reason of appellant’s negligence. The venue was changed to the Owen Circuit Court where the cause has been tried twice. The second trial resulted in a verdict for appellee in the sum of $2,909. With their verdict the jurors returned answers to twenty-five interrogatories. Judgment on the verdict. The only error assigned and presented is the overruling the motion for a new trial.…
