James D. Minniecheske appeals an order denying his motions for an order directing the State to reimburse him for money unlawfully collected pursuant to a restitution order. Minniecheske contends that in addition to amending the judgment of conviction to remove an order for restitution, the trial court should have ordered the State to reimburse him for funds it seized after his imprisonment rendered the restitution order a nullity.
