ORDER ON CLASS SETTLEMENT
SHERRILL, United States Magistrate Judge.
This case has been before me by consent of the parties and reference by the district judge. A fairness hearing was held on November 18,1997, on the proposed settlement, doc. 132. Notice of this fairness hearing was given to all class members pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil" Procedure 23(e), and class members were provided an opportunity to file comments and objections.
