■ hPlaintiffs, the Succession of Scott B.. Roberson,1 Gloria D. Roberson and Craig E. Roberson, appeal the judgment of the trial court which dismissed Defendant Gary Carlisle from the petitory action regarding certain lots in Claiborne Parish and finding that his tract of land, Lot 1, was not located within the boundaries .of Plaintiffs’ land. Further, Plaintiffs appeal another judgment which found that Defendants, E.W.
