Justice BURNETT:
In this action, a jury found Horace Mann Insurance Company (Appellant) liable for bad faith related to the handling of an insurance claim and awarded actual and punitive damages to Russell and Teresa James (Respondents). Appellant appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV), new trial, or new trial nisi remittitur as to punitive damages.
